Container Type: Plain Serum Tube (Red Top)
Specimen Type: Serum
Preferred Volume: 1 mL
Emergency Minimum Volume: 0.3 mL
Collection Procedure: Draw peak specimen 90 minutes after IV infusion completed or 60 minutes after IM dose is given.  Do not draw in a tube with a gel separator.
Specimen Processing: Separate serum from cells as soon as possible by centrifugation. Store and transport refrigerated.
Required Patient Info: Peak specimen, Note times of dose and draw.
